Everythink it's very nice here breakfast very good what you want to eat there have and alot.only first day the lady Ms.Joy give use the room very small and I tell she I have 4 months baby and the bed and room it's single room she give use she not care and not frendly.next day the woman ms.myen very good staff and helpful she chance use to deluxe room and she very nice and very good thank you.The woman Ms.Em Em she it's wonderfull she do everythink for the guest she every where in reception in the breakfast room servis and you have what you like she it's very good and helpful and frendly thank you to she from my family.Nice and good managment.Only I must tell that again Ms Joy not intergration in that team she not nice and helpful no frendly sorry it's the true. For the managment I hope understand what I mean.thank you for Palazzo for the nice stay here

房間大 Big room The bathroom was working fine. This area is safe and quiet.

it's bad. a very big noise of air conditioning. The environment outside the hotel is very bad too.

Staffs are very accommodating. They let us check-in at 8 AM and even prepared light breakfast at 4 AM. It’s easy to book taxi/grab to and from the tourists location. We requested for free drinking water almost everyday.
