    Staff were always smiling and very willing to help whatever your need , they tried to make you happy , very comfortable place for a family , pool was warm , rooms are very clean , sit at the lobby bar was my best place for me to take a drink and enjoy a calm place. At last price was very reasonable.

    I liked the place the beach was nice swimming pool was warm to swim any time, the staff were so polite i would like to thank Mr Fady the manager at the laguna bar and Ali the bar tender in the laguna bar both of are the best ever, i would like to thank the animation team they were funny and cool especially paulo he is a professional animator.

    Reception staff was so great & so decent we have been given a pool view room instead of no view room we had booked, All inclusive offer, Beach was nice.

    The friendly staff members specially in the reception and the restaurants , the good location in the entrance of the City, the animation team was great. The place is very very good compared the cost. It deserve its name as a families resort
