Great staff could not do enough to help and that goes for every single one of them which is unusual these days. Great food, we ate in the bar and a great choice. -

Excellent car parking. Our room was spotless and had a fridge and a safe. Small carton of fresh milk in fridge was a nice touch. Despite it being said it was due for refurb the quality of the room and its wet room were way better than many I have been offered without a blush. Bed was excellent. We were only able to dine on one night but the dinner was first rate, making us regret that we had missed dinner on our first night. Probably the outstanding feature in this busy hotel. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
