    La ubicación, con playa delante mismo. El desayuno a la carta incluido; muy correcto. El personal que nos atendía en el restaurante y playa muy servicial y amable; especialmente Sing.

    When I arrived was offered an upgraded room that was quiet, spacious and comfortable. The wonderful staff were all very friendly and regularly checked if I needed anything were able to give advice on local attractions and where to access them. Great place on the beach to dine and watch amazing sunsets. Very nice reasonably priced food with fresh ingredients from the restaurant and new barbecue kitchen.

    We were received as family members. the kindness of all the staff and owner and the services were totally incredible. We needed a time of in a paradise and that's exactly what we got. We told our expectations about the food (Gluten free and other sensibilities) and it was totally respected. The children liked the food so much!!! Being on the beach in a "protected" area, in total confidence, is something essential in such a trip. The calm, the friendliness, and incredible services and great room. We totally appreciated being able to have long walks on the side of the beach. This is a great area. Also it is good to note that this hotel and restaurant were the only one in this area being almost always full when we were there while in low season. This speaks for itself.

    The staff were amazing - couldn’t do enough for you. Fantastic location with its own private beach. The food was great. The bed was so comfortable and the room had stayed in had a deep bath with lots of hot water. I will return.

    There was a confusion with the room booking since we got to know that the room we booked was not airconditioned only when we arrived. We had to pay additional cost and it was settled, but overall our stay was good. Staff were courteous. Do not expect a resort setting, rather it is a set of nice simple cottages along the beach side away from the hustle of Varkala Cliff.

    The owner and the staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming. The location is gorgeous as our rooms were about 30 feet from the sea and the whole hotel is on a lovely small and private beach..

    Exceptional service, perfect location. Very neat and clean place. The entire palm tree staff were amazing and very polite. I can't thank palm tree enough for making our stay a very memorable experience.

    Place and stay was calm and quite . One guy named Sunny manages things here . He was very helpful and polite with good communication. Overall enjoyed the stay here. Even the beach side candle light dinner is awesome.. !!
