    Estaba en pleno centro y el personal muy atento, nos ayudaron en todo momento a coger transporte para ir a las proximas ciudades

    The hotel is located right in the middle of the Old Quarter of Hanoi, which is a perfect location for tourists. Once they changed my room, I really enjoyed my stay there. I would've also preferred a buffet type of a breakfast, not the "chose the main dish from the menue".

    The staff were amazing. During our stay, they helped us organise a wonderful walking tour and cooking class. Beautiful people. We checked out to go on a trip to Bai Tu Long bay for 2 nights, but upon return to Hanoi, had several hours before our train left for Sapa. We were able to return to the hotel, store our luggage, have a shower etc, even though we weren't staying another night there.

    Everything... Jason, Ian and all the staff, were all so very friendly and willing to help in anyway they could to make my stay very comfortable. My room was perfect, comfy bed and amenities were fantastic. I had a great balcony, which was overlooking the main heart of the old quarter. And it was in the shade all day, great for people watching. Fantastic air conditioning, and a nice cold fridge. I could go on and on, how pleasant it was. In short, I can recommend Paradise Boutique highly. If I was to return to Hanoi, this is were I would stay. Thank you again, to all staff for a fantastic stay. AAA.

    We had a great stay in this hotel in the liveliest and most fun part of Hanoi. Really friendly and helpful staff and the hotel had everything we needed.

    The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable but felt like we were in a cave, no window. Upgraded to another for $20 extra a night and got a small window. Close to lake and bars and restaurants. Wouldn’t stay there again.
