    Concierge staff were very helpful giving recommendations for local restaurants, sightseeing advice and booking taxis. Good for transfers from Gare du Nord and Charles de Gaulle. Short walk to RER line B, and other metro stations close by. Good to have a cafe as part of the hotel.

    Great hotel in Paris! Very close to St Jacques metro or Glaciere metro. Comfortable very clean room with a fab view of Paris!!

    A so-so experience. Not much to say about. I prefer boutique hotels than those boring chain hotels, especially in a place like Paris.

    Excellent staff, very friendly and great service. Great options for breakfast. The prices in the bar & restaurant are very friendly for Paris standards. This hotel is very suitable for business travelers. The room was very complete with seperate toilet from the bathroom, a good bed, large tv screen and fast WiFi.

    Very comfortable bed. Quiet. The L'Occitane bathroom products were wonderful. Some of the front desk staff were great and very helpful. Was much better than some reviewers have experienced.
