The swimming pool had a working lifeguard. The next day shift receptionist were friendly. The room was spacious. The location was ideal. -

Everything else was excellent. Customer service at its best and good value for money spent. -

The size of the room is quite large and with the usual modcons. For a 'budget' hotel, it is very good value for money. The location is good with many restaurants and retail shops around the hotel. The hotel itself has it's own restaurants and coffee house but the price (for me at least) is on the high side. There's also a bowling alley but to date haven't been able to swing a bowling ball there yet..
