    The service was excellent at the hotel, whatever we needed the staff were able to accomodate. Having said that we are not sure we got the 'harbourview' promised as we were looking back towards the city. Nevertheless it was still spectacular and we would love to visit again if we could afford it.

    My parents thoroughly enjoyed their stay at the Park Hyatt. The staff were friendly, helpful and genuine. They went out of their way to make sure my parents had a great time and were looked after, including sending complimentary champagne and dessert for my father’s birthday which was a very special and thoughtful touch. Thank you! The view from the Opera room was fabulous. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

    I was in the room with a view of the Sydney Opera House and the view was great. I like the electric view blinds. The bed was very comfortable.

    The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. I had pre-advised them that we were arriving on a cruise liner which docked just 5 minutes walk away and they had a room available for us at 8.00am. Similarly, they allowed us a late check-out and also provided a 'temporary' key so that we could use the facilities after we had left the room. The room also had a magnificent, unobstructed view of the Opera Hose.
