    Excellent pool and gardens just outside the ground floor room. Quiet area (low season) ... close to beach. Breakfast was good...very good when more guests (buffet grew to suit numbers). Very clean and very good staff.

    Wonderful staff, housekeeping every day with changing bedding, plentiful breakfast , good location, nice swimming pool not too close to rooms so no noise heard from it, kettle in the room, safety box at reception, table and chairs outside of every room so you can enjoy fresh air if you want, a clothe rack to dry wet clothes. There is everything you might have will need. I was feeling I was very welcome there. Good value for money.

    Great big rooms , lovely staff couldn't do enough, well kept gardens and pool area, would definitely go back

    Location of the hotel was good. It was clean also. But the facilities provided by the hotel were not good. They showed double bed in picture however provided 2 single beds which couldn't be joined and we had a kid with us. So difficult to adjust.bed were not comfy. They didn't even provide anything fir coffee or tea. Moreover, they charged 150 bhats fir kid, however breakfast is fir everyone. So we were quite disappointed.

    Very convenient location - right at Patong though quiet and nice. Beach is just 5 mins walk and route is fine. Good pool area. Definitely would recommend this place for families.

    The facilities was not maintained, unable to lock the bathroom door because the lock is damaged, and the mountain view is covered now with new building.

    Well, a nice plays where I have been before but I think the bad thing now was a musikbar 50 meters from the hotel which played I believe to 2 o,clock in the Night. I have discuessed the matter with the chief at the hotel but as I understand it he could do nothing to it. Ineven talked to the musikbar and That did not help. It is sad That noone can do nothing.

    Hotel in great location with 5 mins walk to beach and 10 mins down to Bangla Road. Loads of bars and places to eat. Lovely pool and gardens. Could not fault anything. Good selection for breakfast, eggs cooked to order.

    The pool is nice, the territory is green. The breakfast buffet was ok, the choice is not big but sufficient. The beach is just 5-10 minutes away.
