    A 5 stars hotel become 2 stars. many common areas no aircon. believe that the room centre aircon spoiled. replace a stand aircon. breakfast poor. the ground floor lift to the reception was not operate , have to walk up from a long staircase, even bring along the baggage. Especially like to highlight one of the left left was so danger. the sensor inductor out of order. my arm was clamp by the door, but the door still not open, during that time if the lift started to Lifting, whether my whole arm was gone, or this moment will not writing this comment !!! I reported this to the counter, but no action taken after my check out. Warring seriously to the hotel management that have to look into this matter, or else guest life may be captured in a day!!!

    Location. The entrance staircase and lobby are stunning. Staff so helpful. Nice pool. Views from room amazing. Check the glass lift out.
