    Wonderful place to stay and dine near Cambridge. Wonderful staff. Michael and Gael, the owner. Such a marvellous experience! The bungalow was just perfect for my husband and my child, beautifully decorated. The food was absolutely delicious!

    The Pear Tree Inn is situated in the lovely parklike landscape of South Oxfordshire. It just has three luxury rooms above the formidable Pear & Olive restaurant. It is strongly recommended to dine at the Pear and Olive, all products are fresh and from the region. Just delicious! The highest ranking and all stars belong to the entire team!

    The room was excellent, beautifully decorated and i could not ask for better. There were complimentary biscuits, cakes and even a glass of Port has a welcome gift.

    We chose this property as a base to explore Cambridge for the weekend. It is a 20 min drive from the city centre and 10 minute drive from the Park and Ride car park. Hildersham is a quiet pretty village off the main road surrounded by lovely rolling countryside. The accommodation we stayed in was the small but comfortably well furnished bungalow detached from the restaurant. The staff were warmly welcoming when we arrived. We had an excellent meal in the restaurant on the second night of our stay with both superb food and friendly first rate service.

    Stayed in this beautiful little bungalow for a girly night away and a vine yard tour just 2 miles from property! Staff were fantastic, so friendly and accommodating and the accommodation was spotless and ideal for our needs, food in restaurant was 1st class, would definitely recommend and will be back

    Everything. Quirky with attention.to detail. Great ambiance. A lovely place to chill. Added by the fact the hosts could not do enough to make you comfortable and went out of their way to accommodate you. Very impressed and hope to return soon too.... The food and gin were out of this world. Crafted by a unique but very talented chef and barman.... Impressed is an under statement. The hostess was lovely... She took us too the winery and picked us up as well... Very grateful for the hospitality shown and the effort you have made on this wonderful place. Quite simply a sensational 😀. We also recommend the Chilford Wine tour... Brilliant
