    El lugar es lindo, limpio y bien ubicado. Está en el centro de la isla lo que hace muy fácil movilizarse (en bicicleta ❤️) de un lugar a otro. Hay que caminar un poco para llegar desde la estación de ferry pero nada terrible. Tiene supermercados, farmacia y take away (deliciosos!) cerca. La dueña es muy simpática y amable, atenta a cualquier necesidad que tengas y hasta nos regaló unas exquisitas guayabas de su patio :) Te ofrecen un buen precio por las bicicletas, por lo que recomiendo arrendarlas con ellos y no al llegar al puerto (aunque pregunten por precios y después comparan).

    The owner , she’s super friendly . Even though we where just one night , really loved the charm of that place . Very clean and fully equipped .

    We loved this guest house. Very comfortable location, not far from ferry terminal 5-7 min walk. Juice upon arrival ;) We arrived earlier then check in, but room was ready. We lived on a 2nd floor with beautiful terrace. There is in a kitchen with all stuff that you need. Adapter is available. Nice flowers in a bathroom. Cleaning is in each day. We rented bicycles just in a guesthouse for 100 rupees per day, no need to find and take. Very nice owner Talma presented us a fresh fish as a wedding gift and helped us to make it grilled. Talma, thank you very much for your hospitality!

    We had a great stay at Pension Citadelle ! We were well received by Talma and her husband, the guest house is well located with easy access to everything. The apartment was very cosy with separated kitchen and everything one can need. We suggest to take the breakfast excellent, rich and served on the apartment terrace. La Digue is overall full of charm and we warmly recommend to stay at Pension Citadelle !

    The hosts are very friendly. They picked us up at the jetty and brought us bikes two minutes after arriving. Talma gave us a lot of helpful hints about La Digue's beaches and restaurants. The house is really nice and the breakfast is wonderful. Also, we had a kitchen which was perfectly cleaned (which doesn't happen that often).

    Our hosts were fantastic - so welcoming, friendly and more than willing to give lots of advice on where to go and what to do. They were happy to lend beach towels and even allowed us a late check out to coincide with our ferry.

    The apartment had a separate kitchen, fully equipped to cook a meal, and a wonderful balcony. The room was spacious, quite new building, and lovely decorated. Everything we could think of was available - starting with individual AC and a safe, even an umbrella and a clothes dryer were provided. Talma, our host, is the loveliest person you can think of. We would definitely come back!
