    I really loved the personal touch of the reception team (Erkan & Aho) ... they were very kind, attentive and welcoming. The location of the hotel was exceptional, few minutes walk from Taksim square and Istiqlal street. The value we received from the hotel was far more what we paid.

    Fantastic location right on Taksim Sqaure. Good location for Metro Really friendly helpful staff ... I had trouble with vending machine so they went and bought Istanbulkart for me ... amazing! Really helpful with directions for Airport shuttle too. Lots of restaurants close by. Single room was fine - clean, good shower, safe, TV... everything I needed for short stay. Breakfast on rooftop was good. Again helpful friendly staff. Good eggs, good coffee lovely fresh bread and nice fruit. Small bar available in lobby

    The staff was really trying hard to make you feel comfortable and at home. Drinks, apples and home made biscuits were provided for free in the lobby of the hotel every day. The tea lady was preparing breakfast on the roof top restaurant and made most of the food herself. Liked adjika from sun dried tomatoes most. Walking distance (5 min) from the bus stop for all airports shuttle services and is round the corner from Taksim square.
