    The location was within easy walking distance of everything I needed for the weekend. The room and bathroom were decent sizes for one person.

    Coffee shop staff were absolutely WONDERFUL and CARING. Breakfasted there most days. The establishment was recommended to me as my wife was having major heart surgery nearby at Prince of Wales Private Hospital. It was close walking distance and so handy to food outlets at The Spot. Highly recommend.

    I was here for my partner who was in hospital 5 minute walk and I could be there for him. There are washing and drying facilities and kitchen available for use. The room was very clean and quiet so I could sleep when I could. I had to extend my stay and the staff were very helpful. Theres a Coles and Woolworths nearby within a reasonable walking distance. Public transport to the beach if you are in need of a break or you can walk.

    Ideal if you need to stay near Prince of Wales hospital or UNSW. The rooms are modern and comfortable. The cafe is very good.
