    Big Room with supper cooling AC, Khun Noon at recepction is really helpful and take care of guest needs, Parking next to the room, we will visit again

    Perfect room,clean,big,with lot of mirrors around it.Big clean bathroom.Very quite place.Staff is very friendly and helpful with good English spoken.The price is just the best.

    Picasso is located on a very quiet strip off Pattaya 3rd Road. The rooms are clean, fresh and have nice big windows so they feel airy and comfortable. They also have excellent lighting. Plus everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming at the property. It all makes for a truly relaxing stay.

    The staff was polite and very co-operative... Value for money. Place is quit and calm... Room was clean... Comfortable bed to sleep... I would like to visit again.

    Nice and clean with good size rooms. Everything works and the wi fi is good. Not that far from terminal 21 but you would need to hire a motorbike or get the 10 baht taxi. Staff are great and willing to help you.

    Staff were very friendly although communication was difficult (our fault as much as there's. Rooms were very clean and were cleaned on request. also they have no facilities for making tea/coffee.

    방 안에서는 개미들이 기어댕겻고 에어컨이 시원하지 않았다 그리고 위치가 다 애매한 위치고 모닝콜 서비스가 있었는데 체크아웃시간이 넘었다고 말해주지도 않고 채크아웃시간 늦었다고 방값이 495바트 였는데 250바트를 더 달라고 말하였다 칭구가 많이 아파서 그냥 돈을 주고 왔능데 기분이 많이 나빳다 추천안한다
