    There was a nice view of a garden from the balcony. Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom area was very spacious. Staff were excellent -- very helpful in getting us settled in, great communications. Access to dining area for 24 hour water/coffee was great. This place is set back a bit from south drive so not as much noise from cars compared to nearby hotels. It's very easy to walk to south drive and catch a taxi.

    This place is the best! Our stay was so comfortable that we decided to extend our vacation for 2 more days. Kuya Juju (the caretaker) was very friendly and accommodating. The room/s (we had 2 different rooms since we extended our stay and our initial room was already booked for the extension) were both spacious and very clean. The area (South Drive) where the place is perfect if you wish to experience the quiet country-side vibe of Baguio, while still being a just a few kilometers away from the city center. And to top it all off, their complementary breakfast is THE BOMB. Since we stayed there for about 4 days, we got to try almost everything on the menu. Our favorite is the American Breakfast, as well as the Baguio Longganisa. :)

    The food was good. Simple filipino breakfast but it was hearty and filling. It was an old house but spacious.the room was very nice,clean with a nice view and balcony to boost. I like that the bathroom is clean as well as the sheets. The person in charge was very accomodating and the staff are all nice.

    The staff are very acoomodating. The place is so nice and the rooms are big and very comfortable bed. You can really feel the ambiance of baguio. The breakfast is also good. Very worth it for your money.

    The ambiance was very cozy and elegant, huge and clean bedrooms. I love the dining area and breakfast was delicious! And very friendly and helpful caretakers "kuya Juju and wife". :)

    Everything!!! The excellent staff, the yummy breakfast. The really nice and homey place even the location. Will dedinitely come back next time we are in Baguio. Also,it's the best deal if you are booking for a big group (like 5 -7pax), it's really value for money!!❤❤
