    What I liked the most were the friendly and approachable "staffs" I don't really think they're staffs they're more like caretakers of the house. The room was very clean, the AC functioned very well and the linens really smelled very good. Its perfect for those who are travelling in group.

    Thank you very much for your concern and for going the extra mile to accommodate us. From the hot shower to our request for a multicab to pick us up at 4am. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Your place is so quiet and peaceful and the house itself is clean. We already recommended your place to our relatives. For sure when we visit Butuan again we will stay here as it is near the airport and other establishments. Shout out to the hosts, Ms. Araceli and Mr. Randy, who welcomed us when we arrived. They were were so nice and very accommodating and to Darl who aside from being in constant communication with me thru booking.com, even texted me to inform us of our multicab ride to the airport. Thank you! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for being pet friendly (we brought our dog along for the overnight stay)

    WOULD HELP IF OWNER GAVE A LOCAL CONTACT NUMBER AND PUT FULL ADDRESS ( BLOCK-LOT NUMBER ) SO I COULD FIND IT. I HAD TO ASK 3 NEIGHBOURS UNTIL I GOT IT. NOTTHING IN THE AREA BUT A SMALL STORE IS 3 CORNERS AWAY, 7 MINS WALK. BUTUAN CENTRE 8 MINS IN A TRICYCLE. 50 PESO. GREAT AIRCON- NO WIFI, HAD THE PLACE TO MYSELF BUT IT AS 3 UNITS, SO BE PREPARED TO SHARE KITCHEN, ENOUGH PLATES CUPS ETC, FRESH WATER WAS AVAILABLE. A WORKING TV. ROOMS ARE ENSUITE BUT MY SHOWER DID NOT WORK. THERE IS A SHOWER TOILET DOWNSTAIRS SO NO PROBLEM. FRIDGE WORKED WELL, BALCONY AT ROOM WAS NICE, --CHAIRS OUT THERE WOULD BE GREAT. A CLEAN SAFE UNIT, NICE PEOPLE.

    Cómodo, accesible a tiendas y restaurantes. Me gusta el dormitorio de masters y balcón durante la noche.Espero quedarme de nuevo!

    Me gusta la ubicación. Está a solo un trayecto en triciclo del centro comercial Gaisano y de la zona principal. El anfitrión es muy accesible. Se proporcionan toallas, jabón y champú.
