    Everything was astonishing 😊, very good resort, capacious comfortable room, good food and wonderful friendly staff;;; our greatest gratitude goes to Mr. Khaled Helmy (Hotel's reservation manager) thanks for making our trip more cheerful 😊😊. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and for sure will visit it again as soon as we can. 😊😊

    Staff: friendliness, special treatment, especially Mr. Khaled who upgraded our room for the occasion of our anniversary to a Premium Jacuzzi room, and offered us candlelight dinner and cake for this occasion, and made sure everything was fine and going well with us. We also had complimentary ride to & from airport. The staff is always asking if we need drinks while in the lobby or terraces Room: spacious, good A/C, cleanliness, very comfortable mattress & pillows. Food: dinner in specialty restaurant (italian) is excellent, as well as main restaurant. Great service as well. Animation: there is great live entertainment in the lobby and swimming pool area. Loved the electric cars rental. Spa: great service & great prices Hotel common areas: the view is amazing in the hotel terraces, and nice outdoor walkways.

    a true sample of excellent hospitality. We were warmly welcomed by Mr.Khaked Halmy,the staff extremely helpful and friendly specially Mr.Ibrahim,the food was great. I truly enjoyed the atmosphere it was so comfy and relaxed. All the respect for everyone who does a great job to give us a magical vacation.👏👏👏

    First of all, I read a lot of good reviews on Mr. Khaled Helmy so I knew I am going to meet an amazing person, after booking he contacted me and said he is going to make my honeymoon special, we met when we arrived and he arranged a lot of surprises that exceeded my imagination!! The hotel is really good with a lot of activities, restaurants, and shows, Highly recommended

    Went there for our anniversary and had an amazing experience. The hotel is amazing, loved all the facilities and Mr. Khaled was so friendly and made sure to pamper us during our entire stay. The food is delicious and the pools are amazing. There's an opportunity for snorkeling, too. Overall amazing experience. Recommended for honeymooners, anniversaries or simply a very relaxing trip.

    Amazing resort it was very clean and comfortable ,the pools great ,the staff was helpful, the room furniture are very good ,the food was tasty with great variety . Many thanks to MR.khaled who always tried to help us to enjoy our staying and gave us wonderful welcoming. I strongly recommend this resort.

    I liked everything in the hotel, it was an AMAZING experience that i ever had in a hotel, inside and outside Egypt. I would like to thank all the hotel staff for their tremendous hospitality, support and specially Mr. Khaled in the guest relations for his continuous support and his kindness, he really made my staying easier and more fun than i ever imagined. The food was more than perfect in all types, Italian, Egyptian, Indian...ext. Thank you all for the everything you have done for us and i would definitely come again next year to repeat that AWESOME experience. Thank you again Mr. Khaled for making our staying more than perfect and i wish to see you again next year when i come :)

    Its definetly one of the best hotels in hurghada . Nice variety of food and high quality , very friendly staff specially on the pool bar . Exceptional hotel and i would like to thank Mr.Khaled for being proactive to make sure we have the best experience . Will surely return again
