    The staff are very friendly and professional. always say hello, helpful and remember small details like room number without having to ask Facilities are lovely. Nice pool And gym, good choice of restaurant and coffee shops. The breakfast has a lot of choice also.

    Ideally located in the City across the road from a fantastic shopping Mall.. The staff were excellent in particular Ajeng in the Backroom Bar super friendly and could be more helpful..

    Pullman is the best option to have a great breakfast in Jakarta. You can choose from, I guess, 5-6 cuisines what is literally insane but I love it so much. Pullman is only one option for me in Indonesa (Jakarta).

    The check-in process was seamless, and the gentleman who helped with our check-in exhibited professionalism and was very polite. Not only was he friendly, but he was knowledgeable too. Cafe had good pastry selections. And there is an independent money changer in the hotel! Location - fantastic: as there are malls within the vicinity (which we did not have time to visit!)

    Stayed here 2 nights after arriving in Java to recover from travel. Good, high end hotel with all the facilities. Centrally located. Used Blue Bird cabs to get about (the traffic is terrible!!!) they seem to know how to push through anything. Hotel security is comforting and unobtrusive. Breakfast is good. Spent a great afternoon by the pool and enjoyed the spa.
