    The reception staff very really friendly. We took the villa with ocean view pool. The room size was big enough. The best thing was that the beach was 1 min walk away from my room. I like the fact that there is 24 hour room service.

    The hotel is very well maintained. And staff is just absolutely wonderful. Always helpful and smiling. The food in the breakfast buffet had a very large variety of choice. I stayed there for 9 days. Then the food becomes very familiar and the same. In room dining is very good and the food was well prepared and presented. The room service takes a bit long to clean the rooms. I think this is because it is a very large property. If we left the room at 9 am for breakfast and then to the beach and arrive back around 2 the room was still not made. But this was a minor observation. The hotel has around 3 pools. The spa is amazing. And they have kids activities and a play room.

    The property is simply the best if you want to experience the sun, sand and culture. The Aqua restaurant and the food served by them is brilliant. The property has a host of activities lined up for their guests and also a concierge to help plan external activities.

    Location was perfect during the hide tide. Breakfast was not up to the mark and don't have variety for an international guest.

    Room was not available even after 3 pm so we had to wait for another 20 minutes. Breakfast is soso, room is soso, which did not have cups and spoons. Hotel pretty far from party place or from center. We can for several days so we could swim only once in the sea because of tides.

    Seaview from the room was awesome. Beach was great . Staff were proffessional and successful. Everything were great , nothing to say !

    The staff’s attention to detail and going out of the way to make our stay comfortable. The front desk upgraded us to a better suite with a great view. When they realized that we had a 8 months baby with us, they put a little play tent for him.

    Beautiful private beach, view over to phi phi islands is stunning. Clean and mostly well maintained. Feels like a resort far away from all the partying
