    Muy buen desayuno, nos hicieron upgrade a un departamento muy bien equipado, de dos habitaciones y una pequeña cocina. Personal muy amable.

    Location, room had all the amenities, great kitchen, nice view, good bedroom. good bathroom. this hotel is very expensive so you expect this to be perfect, not just good. I am sure some people have had a good experience.

    Location, especially as my husband can't walk far. Thanks for checking our bags in early so we could enjoy our day in Sydney. Professional, friendly staff. Wished we could have stayed longer.

    I was laughing in disbelief when I first walked into my room, because it was so luxurious and the the size of a house. And I had a view right over the beautiful botanical gardens. My stay was also wonderful, filled with delicious meals from in-room dining and lovely service from all the staff. It was a ridiculously spectacular experience that I will definitely be repeating the next time I’m in Sydney.

    We had an amazing room looking over the harbour. The room facilities were great. It was our 30th wedding anniversary and The Pullman had a bottle of champagne in a ice bucket waiting for us with a lovely card. Whilst sipping of the champagne on the verandah over looking out wonderful harbour a cockatoo landed on the rail and sat with us for sometime. Amazing!! When we saw staff they always checked if we needed anything - what a fantastic stay at The Pullman.

    LOCATION!!! great views of the harbour, a few steps to the ferries and the opera house and train station. Great roomy apartment we will definitely stay again when in Sydney.
