    The Pyramisa range of hotels have always been exceptional and this one is no different except the whole complex, Sunset Pearl, are made up of self catering apartments mostly privately owned. The main hotel is about half a mile down the road. The pools are very good and big except one is empty and the only service is by the pool that the kids use. There was no restaurant on site or any shops for food unless you walked a mile down the road, have a car or hire a golf buggy which can range in price from 20le to 200le. The beach is also a fair trek even though you have a close sea view from apartments. Beach not very well maintained but beautiful views and small reefs with a lovely range of fish ideal for the kids first snorkel.

    First of all, I booked this as a beachfront hotel according to the attached photos and intro of the hotel, but I found it's just a serviced apartments. There's nothing to be liked but a single semi-clean pool!!

    Reception Team were very helpful , Ahmed El Sayex & Hesham both are real Stars, they receive Complains every days from guests like me who are chocked and dissapointed for having no beach access directly, and hard access to the other hotel beach, But They Respond Very Politely and take the pressure well. I really appreciate their Patience and say Big THANK YOU for both The apartments are Clean, overlooking the Pool, which is ok. But i did not travel from Alex to Hurghada to use the pool😤

    The hotel was nice and the manager was helpful. The upkeep of this hotel is lacking, the rooms were dirty and the staff was lazy. The hotel advertised a restaurant, it’s closed.

    I will not recommend this hotel to anyone as there is no WiFi, completely secluded. We also struggled to get a taxi in the morning as nobody was around. Most of the people in the area do not speak English.
