    The overall quality was good but it wasn’t great. I feel like we overpaid given the calibre. The tv was wayyy too small and far away from the bed. The rooms were nice enough. I would have liked a nicer bathroom for what we paid.

    I have stayed at the Festival Inn many times. Each overnight trip to Stratford always involves a stay here. The staff is always readily available and helpful.

    The decor of the dining room was really nice. I liked the idea of choosing your own breakfast. The pool was very attractive as was the patio where we sat with coffee. We would stay there again.

    We were very happy that the hotel was able to accommodate our request for an early check in! The front desk staff are very welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable about the city and attractions. The facility is in a great location for attending the Stratford theaters with easy access to downtown.

    Well the staff when checking wete very friendly then I proceedede to drive around the back tp find room to find out no evevater. Wasns aware at check in second thing was room was not very clen ex shouls look at dusting better pictures tv stand area washroom exhaust fan dirty will I be back NO ILL stay at arden park hotel were their rooms are cleaner not dustyThankyo upls adress this forward this to housekeeping dept

    The breakfast on Sunday morning was excellent, good value. The room was spacious. Nice to be able to park the car outside the door to our room. Overall i am happy with the stay

    location was good. close to the downtown core. we were there to see a play at the Avon theatre, so it was a reasonable distance.
