    El personal muy amable nos prepararon un pack de desayuno para llevar, ya que nuestro tren salía de madrugada. La terraza de la azotea y la piscina estan genial. Las vistas son maravillosas.

    We liked everything. Would like to underline a hotel staff. People are very very friendly. Especially reception staff. All what we wished durind our stay was performed with tremendous speed. We got a present to our baby, to wife, also we got a dinner for free. Hotel is not so new, but still in good shape and do not demand some renovations. We enjoyed a breakfast on mornings, it was delecious and diverse. Swimingpool is suitable only for summer times, it is cold and refresh You on heat, air temprature reaching 40 degree on sunshine. Also hotel has SPA zone, sauna and turkish bath is free of charge. We visited it for several times and were satisfied. Playing room and is situated next to gym. We used everyday massage chairs, it was cool. Thanks to the hotel, we are really pleased and appriciated. Espcially thanks for our child, everybody smiled to him, tryed to play, make some jokes... Thanks to hotel Ann.

    Hotel staff were super nice. I was stupid enough to leave my money in the hotel safe after I checked out......cleaning staff found out it and put them in the reception so when I called the hotel they were ready with the situation. The money transfer process was complicated but they were patient enough to work out the way to help me... At the end I got my full money back. Nha Trang is a good place. I hope I have chance to visit Nha Trang, and stay here again.

    The breakfast selection was superb. The quality of the food is exceptional - breakfast and dinner was phenomenal. The staff - from management to serving staff - all were incredibly attentive and definitely enhanced our stay.
