    The cleanliness and friendliness. The concept of getting a voucher if you do not wish to have your room cleaned / towels changed each and every day.

    What was really nice was the comfort of the bed and the variety of choices at breakfast. Very tasty! We understood the day we left workings at these rooms started. A good sign. Although,it does not compensate the fact that this happened after our journey there...

    The hotel is located in a quiet area, good for walks, nearby a nice lake and the “ Thermes of Spa” (5 min. By car) and 15 minutes by car from the centre of the town of Spa. We also had facilities for the parking of our car. The staff at the reception was very helpful and answered all our queries about places to visit or other activities. We also benefitted of an upgrading of our standard room and received instead a superior room for the same rate. The buffet for the breakfast was very good.

    bike locker was realy bad, shady and dirty: not practical at all. The carpet in the hallways and stairs need replaced. The attention from the staff during breakfast needs more detail and thinking ahead: cups and dishes missing. Good bathroom and nice swimming pool, staff at the reception is very cooperative!

    Breakfast was nice and open early (6AM) which was convenient. Restaurant was reasonable, meat overcooked, but friendly staff overall. Located 15min from the race track.
