    The staff were the most nicest people ever very friendly. Rooms were beautiful and extremely well kept . Will definitely be back again . Great value for money

    Good breakfast and great staff. The original room I was given wasn't worth the money, but the upgrade was excellent, clean (a lot cleaner than the first room!) and staff were very helpful in giving me a different room, getting a taxi to the airport etc. 5/10 minute walk to St Georges Market and Victoria Square shopping centre.

    The staff were professional, efficient & extremely friendly at reception, in the restaurant & bar, & also the cleaning staff. The hotel is superb; centrally located & very tastefully furnished. Our room was exceptional (of course!), top floor, extremely private & quiet, & so spacious! Extremely grateful & totally surprised with the impressive upgrade from junior to presidential suite, due to celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary. Really touched. Thank you!

    i ordered room service, however it came after an hour and was cold, the waiter had to check my drinks order before coming up aswell. it came un covered and wasn't nice, due to this I decided not to eat breakfast here

    However, rest of hotel was great. Clean and tidy. ALL other staff we met were all really friendly. (Lessons to be learned by front desk staff😕) Breakfast buffet good. Lots of choice. Dinner menu tasty if a bit limited. Bar well stocked. Good quiet location, away from hustle and bustle of city, but within a 15 minute walk of bars and restaurants which was ideal for us.
