    The large atrium of the hotel is its highlight. And the stores on the ground floor offer good shopping options...ethnic stuff that make excellent gift items, clothes and other stuff. Also, the food is very good and the service is prompt and efficient

    Insisted on Full payment at check in. Room given was next to a room under renovation. Insisted on Payment for all food on immediate basis. Bad treatment. Extremely unhappy!!!

    In house restaurants and shops, staff very friendly and accommodating. Facilities very good and the restaurants I tried were all serving good quality meals I felt were value for money.

    The staffs were definitely not rude or unprofessional which I read in a lot of reviews. This was not the case for us..but they were not overly friendly or helping either..they are just fine..the check in or check out process was not hectic..check out did take a couple of more minutes but it's ok we were sitting in the lobby..no issues with that..the rooms are mostly what you see in the booking.com photos..the beds were extremely comfortable..the breakfast was good too..the location is pretty safe for girls and families..overall it was a really nice and comfortable stay..
