    The Radisson Blue is usually out of our price range but it’s worth the little extra. The swimming pools have good refrigeration of the water, so that they feel like a pool and not like warm baths. The family pool has a swim up bar that serves beers, other drinks and food. The hotel has a good restaurant and made our short stay very enjoyable.

    Wonderful choice of breakfast buffet. Nothing was too much trouble if we asked for something different. The view from our room (junior suite) you could see most of Al Ain and looked over the pool. The staff in the Hiltonia club worked exceptionally hard to provide guests with a class A service. Even though there was only 2 of them and the pool was packed with people, they still managed to serve everyone. Astonishing how they did that. Well done to Arshad and Diago.

    Room was great and very comfortable. AC was working well and room was clean without any odors. Property right now is undergoing some renovation, so feeling in corridors is not the same as in the room. you can see works are underway. I wish staff offered me to show around the property. I didn't ask either so I didn't do much in the hotel. I appreciated a very kind person at sightseeing desk who directed me to some nice venues for sightseeing in Al Ain. It was good to discover the city and would like to encourage everyone to do so.

    The swimming area was excellent for my Children and the pool & club staff were excellent with services & customer oriented. The dinning area staff were very helpful & welcome us with customer excellent support.

    The room was lovely and the ac works well. The swimming pool was huge and kids were really having fun. The breakfast buffet was excellent and overall our stay was all worth it.
