    We loved our room, family suite - was clean and very comfortable. The pool area was amazing and the view from the pool absolutely beautiful.

    The location is amazing! The hotel is attached to Vadistanbul mall, and in front of Green Mountain. Varieties through shopping from the mall, enjoying fine restaurants and cafes, and strolling in a green area surrounding the hotel, kids play area, and scenic landscapes including canal and fountain. Everything is by walking distance, safely and quietly! I was pleased to deal with Mr. Selami Taşkın, Front Office Manager, as well as Mr. Enver, Front office supervisor. I would like to thank them again for helping me to settle my booking payments. I would also like to thank Mr. Niyazi, Front office supervisor, for his everlasting smile and hospitality. also Mr. Omer for his superior service and assistance. Great team! I really looking forward to seeing them again soon.

    The entrance ticket didn't work well at the gym and pool entrance and the car park and I had to change it a few times. I stayed at the hotel a month ago in another room and had a toothbrush and ear cleaning sticks, but unfortunately this time they left the toothpaste and ear cleaning sticks in the room. Also the curtain in the room was not working and it took a while to fix it. On the day of departure, I asked to leave at two in the afternoon and the hotel gave me this heartfelt thank you. Breakfast is great
