    Location just in the center accessible with everything beautiful service start from we step in the lobby, staff was so smiling and always greet us, the afternoon tea arrangement you really feel special. we would surely be back.

    Absolutely amazing. We were blown away with the luxurious feeling & exclusivity staying at the executive suite for the weekend. Mark, “our butler” was super helpful and so were the rest of the staff. Having the private pool, Mireio restaurant & bar/terrace on the 9th floor was very convenient. Our welcome bottle of red wine and fruit platter was very much enjoyed upon arrival. It feels like our second home. We will definitely come back and stay at the executive suite on our next visit to Makati.

    Hotel is really 5 star!!! The stuff was just amazing!!!! They were really helpfull in all ways!!! Best service I have ever experiensed in my life!!!!!

    The whole impression was just marvellous. From the first moment we stepped through the door until we left in a hotel car everything was just great. Particularily, all the staff was so great and always with a welcoming smile to you. The breakfast at the Spectrum restaurant one of the best we ever had. The Writer´s Bar was wonderful with the afternoon tea and the coctails in the evenings. The bed was perfect as well as the nice bathroom. We could not expect anything more - everything was up to the very top.
