    Hi, it was the first visit to turkey, as many of us who visit a country for the first time, we are not sure of what to expect. Well in this case, we arrived after a long 23 hour flight from mexico, get to the hotel, and wooow. We met Umit ( front desk manager) and his team. The room was spacious, clean, great showers, and fantastic add ons to make you feel at home. The following day, Umit came to greet us, and explained in detail what is the best way to see Istanbul. With a big smile, he answered all our questions, and he was right about everything. Friendly team he has. Love the hotel, and most important, the ones that work there and want you to have un unforgettable time in istanbul. Thank you so much

    Amazing customer service. Very polite and friendly management - Staff. Firoze, Muhammet and Bakhtair were extremely helpful and would go an extra mile to get everything sorted. Rooms are squeaky clean and the AC would cool the entire room within minutes. Would definitely stay here when I visit again. Prime location tbh as it’s half way between the airport and Taksim. Can’t wait to come back!

    The room was super clean and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and courteous. Especially Irem & Sedat. I had a smashed wing mirror and Sedat taped it all together for me - ever so kind of him!
