It is a charming place to rest and relax. It is a compound of villas with a beautiful pool in the middle. The staff is friendly, responsive, and highly attentive to their guests' needs. I love the breakfast concept of Rambutan, as it is included in the room and you order as you go so it comes out fresh and delicious. Cocktails and food in the restaurant is as exciting. Its location is few meters away from the Old Market and Pub Street; so it is not in the busy and loud part of town - you'll get a good night sleep. The villas are restored and well kept heritage buildings. -

The staff were so kind, generous, fun and nothing was ever too much trouble. They treated us like royalty and it was very touching to see the floral arrangements of rose petals and lotus flowers upon our arrival. Rambutan Resort was a beautiful, intimate sanctuary yet walking distance to the main center of town. They helped us with organizing transport and suggestions for things to do while in Siem Reap. Mr Sokha was our fabulous tuk tuk driver for our trip to Angkor Wat park and the lovely Mr Rit took us for a safe and comfortable drive back to Phnom Penh. -

We have loved that place! The entire building and our room were very clean. We had the deluxe double room and it was such a good room with space and a big shower. There is a swimming pool not too big and it's possible to use it until 10 pm or later, and people didn't use that much. The staff was really warm and nice. Some of them speak a good English. Included there is a discount on the first meal at the internal restaurant and 30 minutes each of foot massage. Internal restaurant: the food was really tasty! You can have international or western food or try Khmer cuisine (highly recommended!). Also the small bar prepare good cocktails (as the Khmer Martini or the Kompot Martini) The place is close to the Night Market and the Pub Street, also is close to a 7/11 that sells water and snacks. Even if it is close to one of the main street, the place is really quiete.
