    The upgrade of the room on my stay is nice experience. But check in process was lack of information that i have to dig the information my by my self.

    Excellent staff thanks to Wiwi and Easter at Front office and the staff at restaurant and the 3 floor housekeeping boy all are so helpful...I will be back

    Location is really excellent. Some big and good shopping and restaurant malls including Plaza Festival, Setiabudi1 and Lotte Mall are within walking distance. A station of Trans Jakarta Busway which runs special bus lanes is also so near that it's very convenient to get around the city. I stayed here more than 10 nights and I always feel the rooms are spacious enough and kept very clean. I think this hotel is really recommendable in terms of every aspect.

    The small hotel was comfortable and very clean. We got a room upgrade so it was very pleasant. It is also nicely located--right in the heart of the city, just about 8 minutes walk to the nearest bus station. Numerous shopping malls are also nearby.

    Location is good. Rooftop restaurant is quite breezy, but can be a bit ‘cramped’ if there are too many people. Oh yes, the free upgrade - fantastic!
