    the value is nice... as per the money you pay i think you deserved what they will offer because of the money you pay. the room us used for nothing. the door is unsafe, u fee unsafe on the hotel because of the area. the location is very accommodating because of the SM is very near.

    The location is great all you need like 24 hours convinience store is there the mall.

    I like the room, very spacious, clean, accessible to public transport, to SM Muntinlupa just a few meters away. Police visibility is highly present as the property lies next to Muntinlupa Central Jail. Convenience stores are just below the building as well as the laundry shop. Pharmacy is just a few steps away, there's a beauty salon right beside the hotel entrance. So if you want to get a quick mani-pedi, sure is available.

    I select card payment but in their system it was registered to pay at the hotel. and at the hotel, no card payment is possible.. Cash Only and the price is different from booking.com (700+) to the hotel (900+).

    Located near a mall and few small eateries and dry cleaning/laundry mat inside bottom of hotel.very soft bed passed blacklight test.
