    The air-condition was SUPER and so was the hot water. The lobby staff was SUPER friendly and allowed us to leave our bags there for safekeeping after check out for like 10+ hours HAHA oh also malaysian street/ben tahn market was just next door.

    The location is near the market and landmarks such as Ben Thanh Market, Central Post Office in Ho Chi Minh City and People's Committee building. You can leave your luggage at the hotel after check-out.

    Room and toilet cleanliness is acceptable. No smell as other mentioned in my room and toilet. Located in small alley that is not too far from main road. As other mentioned there is a security house with many cctv at the entrance of the alley so security wise is ok. Hotel not on the main road so it is better for light sleeper due to the fact that vietnamese drivers wont stop pressing horn. Quite near to ben thanh market, which is aroud 3 minutes walk from hotel. Bed is quite confortable.

    We were given a free upgrade from double deluxe room to a family suite since they got overbooked. We were pleased with how spacious and clean the room was! The bed were so comfortable, AC and heater were working great! Wifi was fast too. Overall, it exceeded our expectations. Staff were friendly and nice enough to allow us to extend our stay till 5.00pm during our last night at a reasonable fee.

    The room and bathroom was clean. The staff also nice and friendly. You can borrow an umbrella if you need one. As the hotel area is a bit distant from the public street, it was less noise
