    The service was timely and responsive. Room was clean. This location was quiet. Also, I didn't expect this location to be so close to convenient stores. It was my first time booking through this hotel app. It was slightly skeptical at first, but I was satisfied by the service.

    The best shower, aircon and most comfortable bed that we've found while traveling SE Asia. Wish we had spent our entire stay in Hanoi at this hotel, rather than in the Old Quater. It was so clean and there is so much to do in Tay Ho. We hope to stay again & highly recommend this hotel. Just a tip, because this hotel is only 4 months old, we found alot of cabs struggled to find the correct address so it pays to make a note of the location yourself.

    The location of the property was close to West Lake, with lots of cafes & restaurants. A very vibey area if you looking for a young place to stay.
