This is probably the best hotel in the whole of NYC. Having stayed in many (Bowery, Pearl, Novotel for example) this always exceeds my expectations and I didn’t want to leave. The staff are so friendly and courteous, they are helpful and do all they can to ensure a good stay. Gabriel on the front desk is doing an amazing job. The room was spotless, chic, quiet and so comfortable. It was exactly what I needed and as a returning customer, would stay here again and again. Thank you!
