    Location is very good although little far from Pattaya. They do have a shuttle three times a day to Pattaya city. Staff was very friendly and polite. Beach access availability was a huge plus.

    The Reniassance Pattaya resort was absolutely beautiful, the staff were helpful. and the rooms were very clean. We received an upgraded room at this hotel which included a private pool. There are two restaurants at this hotel and two bars. Breakfast was a buffet where you could order eggs done as you like them. Dinner could be eaten at the either of the two restaurants. The Pebbles grill has a bit of a limited menu if you don't like seafood, but the service was excellent. There are several pools at the resort, including an adults only pool with a swim up bar. There is a kids play pool and a family pool, I noticed they also have a kids club. We would recommend this hotel.

    Breakfast is amazing. The room is good but highly recommend sea view room. The city view is not comparable with sea view. The hotel is very good for kids. It has a good kid room and pool. Really recommend for people with kids.

    The facilities are astonishing. It is so clean and spacious. Very new! They also have a very clean and fantastic kids club.

    Breakfast is very good. lots of choice, but very busy. rooms are nice. great showers, bath and the bed was actually comfy. a bit soft for some but there is a topper which im sure you can remove.

    The hotel was situated along the main road, away from all the hustle and bustle of the crowded Pattaya city. The staff were all very amiable and helpful. The facilities were great, as well as our room. The room was very spacious and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was well-furnished. We also took a short stroll along the quiet beach, which was lovely. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would return for future stays.
