The location is superb for baseball or football games. It's on the south end of downtown without getting into Pioneer Square. Walkable to the stadiums or an affordable taxi/Uber away. A bit far to go to Pike Place or South Lake Union but not bad at all. We were there for Mariners games! We had an east facing room but there was zero noise in the room. No highway sounds, noise from the sports games, or anything. A high floor is a must here if you get it; the views are always awesome. A/C worked great so we were nice and cool throughout the night. Great to have the free breakfast voucher given to us on check-in. I think this was because we booked through Booking.com and got a special deal. Not everyone gets that - but ask when you check-in if it's possible. The breakfast is not worth paying for, but serviceable if included in your nightly rate.

Fitness center is good and you can take free water at the counter. The stay was great but the price is a little high.
