Excellent hotel. The staff is ultra friendly and willing to help. The room was very comfortable. The bathing set and tea/coffee provided in the room exceeded my expectation. LOVED the tea brand (Cha Cha Tea) they chose for the guests, one of my favorite Taiwanese tea brand. I certainly will stay here for my future business trips to Taipei. -

Facilities: the hotel is quite new, just operating around August 2018 (I think) so everything is still brand new, well maintained and clean. Location: This might differ individually. Personally I love the location because it's located in a quiet area but only within 8 minutes (or less) walk to the red line MRT station. Some would probably prefer hotels that are located more at the city center. I also love the close proximity to the Shilin Night Market In-Room facilities: the room was spacious. Also the bed was really comfortable: sofa, bathroom, shower and everything. Quite a big space to put 1 big luggage and 2 other smaller luggage. The room was also properly sound-proofed, so the noise of people walking through the hallway had not bother our stay. The negative sides have been stated before. Rooftop area: Loved it! Although it was cold and wet during our stay, but I think this area would be a perfect place to hang out and just relax on a perfect weather. -

Very clean and new. Room is luxurious and extremely comfortable. Situated in a peaceful part of Shihlin.
