    THE HOTEL ROOM WAS EXTREMELY INFESTED WITH BITING INSECTS AND EVEN A 3 M INSECT NEST WAS ON THE TERRACE.....THE BED WAS INFESTED WITH INSECTS, AND NOT ABLE TO BE SLEPT IN, THE SOFA AND CHAIRS WERE INFESTED, AND EVEN THE DESK HAD MANY, MANY INSECTS CRAWLING ALL OVER IT......IT WAS ABSOLUTELY A HORRID EXPERIENCE. I CALLED THE MANAGER, SHOWED HIM MY FINDINGS, HE SAID HE WOULD DISCUSS THIS WITH THE MANAGEMENT AND GET BACK TO ME. THIS HAS BEEN 3 WEEKS AGO NOW, AND I HAVE NOT HEARD ONE WORD FROM HIM ABOUT MY REQUEST FOR A 304 SWISS FRANCS REFUND. DO NOT GO- TO THIS HOTEL.....I COST ME OVER $800 MORE DOLLARS IN TWO DOCTOR VISITS FOR ALL TREATMENT AND MEDICATIONS TO HEAL OF ALL THE INSECT BITES I RECEIVED.......NOT INCLUDING THE TRAUMA I ENDURED AND THE LACK OF CARE OR CONCERN OR REPLY FROM THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT.....AN ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!

    First thing first, I am not sure what happened, but my booking was changed to Movenpick itself. So my review will be invalid for Residence.

    The apartment was clean and it was value for money. There was a small set-up for basic cooking including stove and utensils which was quite useful for us given we were family.

    This is basic accommodation close to the Airport, at a rate that beats all other options. It seems to have been built as staff housing for the Moevenpick hotel and shuttle and checkin/out are at the Moevenpick hotel. (It is in the same building as "Stay@", but a different entity.) The rooms are clean, safe, quiet, convenient to the airport and the beds comfortable. One has access to the restaurant in the Moevenpick hotel.

    Location was exactly what I needed for my purposes. The rooms include a desk and chairs and are big enough to do some work in.

    Very close to the airport, 15 minutes by feed, in case you find the right way. Big room with small kitchen. No noise from airport, when windows are closed. I slept very well. The stay is cheaper than going by taxi to Lucerne.
