    Staff The staff was very helpful. Our flight arrived at 8am and the check in was scheduled for 4pm. The rooms were all booked but as some people checked out earlier, we managed to get the room at 11.30, which was great because we were exhausted. We were also able to leave our luggage at the hotel after checkout as our return flight was at night, which was very handy. Rooms The rooms are clean and spacious. My friend slept in the double bed and I slept in the sofa bed so it could fit 4 people. It also has a kitchen area with a fridge, dishwasher.. Location The hotel was very well located.. sears tower, millenium park, magnificent mile are all within walking distance. We were very unlucky with the weather but our experience at the residence inn was great.

    The rooms are very spacious and the staff are extremely friendly... Paige from the reception was extremely helpful and very professional. All the front desk staff are amazing and are ready to do help in every possible way. Thanks a lot
