    El lugar es muy tranquilo, en un barrio corriente, al mismo tiempo cerca del centro de conferencias. Apartamiento muy limpio y el personal muy amable. Equipamiento del piso era completo.

    The apartments are very quiet, clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen to enjoy comfortably a long stay. The owners running the Residence are very kind, supportive and friendly. The apartments are located just10 minutes walk from the underground station at the Wienn International Centre and less than 20 mins to the City Centre. I liked the nice interior coutyard which has a kind of bohemian style with a nice garden, terrace and a pool!. I definetively would recommend it to suit diverse travellers needs, from families, couples looking for a romantic stay to business travellers.

    Friendly and kind staff. Very clean rooms and bathroom. Spacious living area. You have refrigirator, laundry machine, dish washer, stove, microwave, kettle, cofee machine and everthing you need to cook. The only minor unfavorouble thing that comes to my mind (not for me though) you have to go basement for ironing, the machine was really good with build in steam generator. The garden was also relaxing with nice landscaping and a swimming pool (I stayed there in autumn) There are two big supermarkets closeby (billa and spar) and a bakery (ströck). Moreover 10-15 minutes (depends how you walk) from “Austria center Vienna” where you can reach from airport directly via “Vienna Airport lines” in around 30-35 minutes for 8 Euros. You would also be close to metro Line U1 Kaisermühlen-VIC (Vienna International Centre). One more thing the building office closes around 4 pm so if you are going to be late get in touch with them beforehand for the keys.

    Very pleasant area of Vienna ,superb transport links ,four supermarkets within 10 mins walk,so ideal for self-catering.Room had everything we could possibly need, dishwasher, washing machine,oven, microwave and large fridge freezer ,also excellent wi-fi and air-con . beds very comfy ,no trouble sleeping!! Well looked after grounds and swimming pool much appreciated

    Fantastic customer service. The owner sent me details of how to access the apartment well in advance of our stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was also close to a supermarket (Billa) and a bakery (Strock). The location was also very quiet and near two metro stations.

    Comfortable and practical! Have everything (kitchen, fridge, plats) to do a nice breakfast/brunch/dinner and go to explore the city. Good metro connection > 10 min walking + 4 stations to the city center. Very kind reception, and flexibility in timing. We do recommend! Thank you for everything, mainly for your kindness!

    Almost everything : All equipment (Nespresso machine, wash machine, fridge, freezer, ….) daily service, nice people, .... good organisation even if you arrive when reception is closed. For sure even better if weather allows to use the external pool. Fast Wifi authorized for multiple devices.
