    Nice welcoming information with well presented welcome pack, including nearby restaurant and suggested shops. Front desk staff is so nice and check in/ out procedure is quick and smooth.

    We like the environment and interior of the hotel and staffs are nice. The location is near the most famous street in Kumamoto city just 5mins driving from the hotel.

    Resters bed & co was so nice place to stay. All staff was kind and nice as well. Much better than i expected! Highlly recommend who go to the Kumamoto.

    The aesthetics! From the moment one steps into the lobby to every detail of the room, this is a place that was well thought out by the designers. The common area is lovely and the lighting sets one in a really good mood. There were definitely many hits but a few misses too.

    We loved the spacious family room and the bunk beds. Kids loved the bubble bath and we loved the Resters hall which had free coffee, tea and instant noodles.

    There is very close to downtown and Toyota rent a car.

    The room is spacious and new. The beds are comfortable. There are free Maggie noodles, coffee and tea. The noodles are very tasty. The decoration of the place is very nice.

    The staffs are friendly and helpful enough to carry our luggage up the stairs. The hotel looks new and the common area is trendy n fabulous. We booked a family room and is very spacious. The bathtub is big n clean. Also, noted that breakfast will be available only in August. It’s near within walkable distance to the city shopping district n kumamoto castle. I will recommend traveler to stay here.
