Very friendly staff. Quiet room - never any sound through the walls. Lots of space in the room. Several English speaking TV channels including CNN, BBC. Wifi was OK 90.% of the time.

1. I like the location - its near all type of public transportation stations. 2. Excellent breakfast served everyday. 3. Excellent bathroom (room size and equipment).

What i really love is the location and the staffs are quite helpful, room cleaned very well after make up room.

Staff very helpful. Bed comfortable. Great shower. Good WiFi. Room reasonable size. Free snacks. Problems resolved immediately. Good transfers to airport. Reception obtained taxis when requested.

Beautiful room with Chinese inlaid rosewood furniture. Comfortable bed. Very pleasant staff. Reasonably close to MRT Ximen and very close to Carrefour (shopping and dining), though I didn't find out about this until the last day.

They allowed early check-in despite the previous reviews. Check out was a breeze. They cleaned the room even if we didn't mention, although they didn't refill our water on our last night. Location is a good walk from Exit 1 of MRT Ximen Station. If you want a quiet place to stay near Ximending, this is a good spot! Breakfast is okay--not spectacular but good enough.

The Hotel breakfast is simple but complete. room services is excellent (we call to request for heater and they bought it to our door step within 5 minutes). The hotel is just 200 meters away from Xi Men Ding shopping district & MRT station, very convenient.

The location is great. The hotel is homey and Staffs are so nice. The room has nice furniture in old Chinese style. Even though their English is not excellent, they try the best to communicate and offer good suggestions about transportation to suite our needs. The wifi is great. I love that the hotel provides umbrellas to us for a whole day because during our trip, there was heavy rain for many days. The breakfast doesn't have many choices but it's good.
