    Nos dieron una habitación superior con unas vistas increíbles al lago y a las montañas. Además el circuito de spa es gratuito con la habitación. Totalmente recomendable.

    The location is beautiful, next to the lake and also on the mountain side. The pool, spa area and bar were really nice. The breakfast was exceptional!

    Perfect location with great rooms. BUT totally unfriendly staff!! A thing that kills the atmosphere in this great location 1. From day 1, already at the check in, the reception girl was more busy talking to her friend/ lover who was standing next to me, instead of answering my basic questions! On the top of that very bad English 2. I had the worst experience ever at this hotel restaurant. Rude waiters who makes you wait 1 hour in total for food and another 30 minutes for having the check to pay. Above all that they asked for tip! Very bad hosting with 0 customer centric skills

    We stayed at Riessersee 8 years ago and really enjoyed returning. It's fair to say that nothing has changed since then with the decor but is a very clean and comfortable hotel with great facilities. Location is fantastic with great views of the Zugspitze and down into Garmisch. Restaurant and bar on site so no need to leave the hotel if you're looking for a relaxing holiday or alternatively a perfect place to base yourself and enjoy everything the area has to offer.

    First visit and we were amazed at the beauty of the facility and the surrounding area! We had to make a last minute reservation somewhere in garmish for a single night and found reissersee online. What a pleasant stay!

    The hotel is very nice and view is fantastic. I love to visit again. Very easy to access all the Bavarian City. We drive 1-2Hr to get hot place.

    Loved the peaceful location, pet friendliness and room. The restaurant across from the hotel had great food and the hiking trails around the lake were scenic. Good spot for visiting Lake Eibsee too.
