The staff were amazing, pool was immaculate with a small bar selling food/drinks for a reasonable price too. Gym had great facilities with air conditioning too. Complimentary tea/coffee & fruit plate upon check in. Breakfast was good. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, the staff are the best.

Friendly helpful staff, room was lovely, hotel is fairly remote but still only a ten minute walk to the beach. Receptionist printed tickets and arranged taxis for us with no hassle! Let us check in as early as possible due to having been on an overnight bus.

The bed was a great size and pretty comfortable. It has a real shower! The Wi-Fi is reasonably good. It's close to the beach.

We’d like to thank Rigel Hotel’s staff for the perfect service, everyone was kind and polite. It’s very important cause that’s something one keeps in memory about the vacation , we’re really glad we chose this hotel among 3 others considered by us! Room was nice, lovely and clean equipped with everything we needed for a week. No cockroaches or ants at all and that’s a big plus. Breakfasts were good. It’s possible to eat something for a vegetarian as well. Mountain View is gorgeous (despite construction works - we just didn’t pay attention to it). There’s a pool right nearby the hotel, it’s nice and clean. After 11 am it’s occupied by Russians :) so better go to the sea shore, guys 😃😊 And there’s a spa center on the 3d floor, massage was done well and we liked it. We definitely would go there and choose Rigel Hotel again!
