    Convenience stores and very good taverna at walking distance. I rented the house to enjoy the beach right in its backyard and was not disappointed (sandy bottom, doesn't get deep right from the beginning, i.e. it was convenient for my kid , too). Free parking close to the house. Old town Rethymno is 5 minutes' drive. House was very clean, with comfy beds. Hot water without issues.

    We was in Riva del Mare in July from 01.07 for 14.07. It was perfect vacation. We rested as a family with a small child. Calm vacation, with all facilities , private mini beach, good location. frequent cleaning. Special thanks to Pantelius, who paid for us a lot of attention and made our stay in Riva Del Mare even more comfortable.

    Pantelis the host met us at arrival and was very helpful throughout the holiday keeping in touch to check if we needed anything, my son got sun burnt he event went to the pharmacy and got some cream for us. The view from the property is amazing if you like being right by the sea and having a small private beach then you will love it here. The house has everything you need for a family and also has lovely restaurants next door and very close by. I would recommend a car to get around and also to drive into Rethymnon town if you do not like the walk the town has lots of lovely little streets with restaurants and is very pretty and historic too. We liked the beach at Damnoni that was our favorite but about 45 mins drive worth it though.

    The house is amazing and so it is the island of Crete. We stayed here for 10 days and we would have like to stay more. The views of the house are amazing and you can swim in the sea by walking two steps of your own terrace, is like having a private beach!. We loved Crete, the beaches are incredible and is a perfect place to visit. The house keeper is very friendly and he helped us with everything and made our stay very enjoyable. The rooms are very spacious and the house is equipped with everything you need, air conditioning, an iron, a washer machine, the beds are very comfortable.... Also the people of Crete treated us very nice. So if you are thinking of coming, come on! Come to Crete and to Riva Del Mare!

    Excelente propiedad con una vista única en una excelente ubicación. Hay 2 salas de estar amplias y 2 dormitorios con vistas excepcionales. El balcón está situado sobre el mar. También hay un patio en el lateral que permite cenar directamente bajo las estrellas. Sin duda es una opción ideal tanto si vas en pareja como en familia entera.

    Todo empezó con un gran y extremadamente amable y servicial anfitrión, Pantelis. El edificio en el que disfrutamos de la puesta de sol, la Fortezza, el mar y una maravillosa vista de la ciudad antigua fue completamente reformado y convertido en una maravillosa ubicación para nuestras vacaciones. Por último, pero no menos importante, la casa está hecha de 2 unidades que se pueden combinar o utilizar independientemente: muy bien hecho!

    La vista al mar es lo mejor! La entrada al mar tan buena! Cerca hay muchos restaurantes locales! El casco antiguo en 15-20 minuts a pie. Hay un supermercado LIDL en 5 minutos en coche. E imaginen que desayunarán en su propia casa todos los días con hermosas vistas al mar! Me encanta mucho!
