    1. Last year this hotel had a brilliant pianist lady whose performance every evening in the lobby bar area was outstanding and highly professional. This year her substitute has sounded more as an amateur causing every time an awkward feeling of witnessing something indecent and shameful. 2. A total disappointment of the quality of the served wine, no comparison to the last year. We understand that the fight for the cost reduction becomes sometimes a decisive factor of survival, but there must be some limits to this struggle.

    Staff are very friendly , food is great , a little bit cozy compared to other rixos hotels so easy to move around , i had a sea view room , beutiful view

    I really Want to highlight few things I experienced in Rixos, I was I doubt where to book for honeymoon . Although the rate of Rixos was around 8 but after being there I feel it was u fair rating. The hotel defiantly deserve around 9 . I can tell the hotel was really exptional and way exceeded my expectation.. very friendly stuff, clean room, different places to sit , breakfast , lunch , dinner , and 3 times snacks was all included that’s in addition to the trip to the land of legend. Service was really excellent , if anyone want a luxury stay you have no other option than this hotel as I tired a lot and thought a lot and ended up with this hotel. Amazing place , view , close the activities. I know some of you may struggle before the decision , but take my words you will enjoy !!! Thanks Rixos team.

    Staff were friendly and helpful. Reception extended our checkout time to enable us to enjoy our last day at a cost of $10 per hour which was awesome. Entertainment guys were good Sarkan, Kemel and Hakkan. Beach volleyball and water polo was fun and well organised. On site shisha bar staff looked after us (Ishmael and Ozan). Good to have seats reserved so that we had a good view of the LIVE entertainment. Would strongly recommend the sea view rooms as the beach is close by and Private to the hotel.

    Everything was perfect the room the service great buffet servers were smiling all the time and really helpful. An amazing hotel. Thanks to Gisem and Mr Ali for their kindness, we spent a really great time and we will definitely come back in the future.

    The hotel was the same as we expected. Although we had a free room upgrade (from classic to deluxe), that was a good compliment from the hotel, thanks a lot! The food was descent, all the beverages were free of charge. The staff was extremely helpful and nice, all was speaking Russian and Deutsch a little bit. The hotel is very calm and quiet, nothing bothers you. For night shows they provide shuttle to a neighboring Rixos Sungate
