    perfect location. you'llneed a motorbike like anywhere else in rawai. the boss is an italian man, nice a bit cold but a very good person!!! i loved the room and te mirrors on the ceiling and on the shower

    The room was huge with a fridge which was a great bonus. The A/C was really good and it was nice to have a balcony. There was a 7-Eleven right across the road which was handy.

    It was located on a quiet street with only a couple of restaurants and a temple so it was very peaceful but still only small walking distance to the main nightlife areas and the beach. The room was really big and i had a nice balcony overlooking the street.

    Nice, welcoming and helpful staff. Rooms are bigger than any I had before. Big balcony. No noice from other guests nor from the street. Possible to pay with visa. Great price - value. My laundry was done for a very cheap price - on my own, I probably had to pay Farang price ;)

    A hidden gem in my opinion, very spacious and clean rooms, great place for solo traveller or couples, walking distance from everything, 7-11, night club, even a resteraunt next door with great food, very helpful and friendly owner, I had a very relaxing and comfortable stay here, and will be back again next year for sure.

    Location is great, staff is very friendly and helpful. Balcony faces quiet and discreet area. Room is quite big for one person, has a table with a chair, which is a bonus. The only thing I was missing - safe.
